New option to export many records from Limo

Until recently, you could export a maximum of 50 results from Limo at a time. Now you can export many more results: 5000 or more, depending on the type of documents. This works as follows:
  • Make sure you are logged in (the export button only appears for logged in users)
  • It is advised to limit your results list (possibly via filters) to a maximum of 5000 records
  • Check the box on the left above the results list and click “EXPORT ALL RESULTS”
  • Choose the export format: excel (xlsx or CSV), RIS format or BibTeX
  • Enter your email address. The popup screen states how many results will be emailed to your address. If your result contains more than the maximum number of records to be exported, you can read here how many records will be exported.
